FuYu Tianjin was registered in Tianjin Economical Technologic Development Area (TEDA) as a Singapore sole-investment Company in 1994, specializing in plastic mould design making, precision moulding, spraying and assembly. Registered capital is US$10million with a total investment amounting to US$20million. FuYu Tianjin is situated in TEDA. Total plant acreage is 21600 sq.m with a built-up area of 17300 sq.m and operating with over 700 employees. Company Confidential One fully auto and two semi-auto spraying production lines were set up. The Company is now capable of a complete production cycle with 70 moulding machines and 1000 staff. Year 2000 Company’s production capacity has developed with 59 moulding machines, 12 assembly lines equipped with ultrasonic and tempo-printing machines. The Company was awarded QS9000 Accreditation. Year 1999 New plant of 9000sq.m was utilized with 450 staff and 56 machines. Tooling plant was established with advanced design system and tool making facility.
