西安建筑科技大学工程硕士学位论文 西安建筑科技大学工程硕士学位论文 西安建筑科技大学工程硕士学位论文 西安建筑科技大学工程硕士学位论文 万方数据 万方数据 万方数据 万方数据 温岭乡村聚落特色与美丽乡村规划实践研究 ——以屏上村与小岙村为例 专业领域：建筑与土木工程 硕 士 生：李 莉 指导教师：雷振东 教授 摘 要 随着乡村社会经济与城镇化的飞速发展、社会结构转型等诸多原因，乡村地域 人居环境与经济发展不同步，乡村美缺乏真实性与村民共鸣性。乡村正面临着人 居环境的迫切提升，以往只顾新建用地布局选址、重大基础设施规划与小规模且 有限地域空间中的乡村景观规划，以“千篇一律”、城镇化、新农村、“涂脂抹粉” 等代名词为代表的乡村规划难以体现想吐风情，难以延续我国各具特色的乡村韵 味，美丽乡村的提出在村庄建设规划中，应注重聚落特色与个性美的体现。 论文首先对温岭市域乡村建设规划现状、问题及成因进行了深入剖析，对美丽 乡村建设下的聚落特色构成因素分自然环境因素与人文环境因素两大方向，十个 子项进行系统而全面的分析，同时，分析各因素在建设规划中的表现方式及应用 路径，并结合温岭市各因素特征与现状进行有针对性的解析，寻找地域特色。加 强村落特色的挖掘、保护与传承，提升物质环境与精神环境，从村落外部环境、 内部空间、建筑形式与空间组织、生态环境、用地布局、精神文化、民风民俗等 层面建设美丽乡村特色风貌。 其次，通过对特色因素在乡村建设规划体系中的体现，提出美丽乡村建设规 划体系较上一轮新农村建设规划需完善和加强的内容；不同特色要素下，美丽乡 村建设规划体系中的特色体现，寻求美丽乡村之乡村特色挖掘与建设发展的思路 以及规划重心，旨在对乡村聚落特色挖掘及保护研究价值下的乡村特色进行保护 与延续的乡村建设规划方法，内容包括规划目标、主要内容、规划理念与规划体 系、规划重心等。 最后，论文以温岭市屏上村、小岙村的美丽乡村建设规划为例，分析研究乡 村自然环境与人文环境因素，并提出美丽乡村建设规划思路与策略；并比较分析 两个不同特色要素下的乡村建设规划侧重点与有针对性的规划体系的建立，突出 美丽乡村建设下的整体风貌个性化与差异化、产业发展的优化。旨在在不同的个 性化要素的前提下，美丽乡村建设规划更能体现村落乡土环境美、居住条件美、 生产劳作美、幸福生活美，促进乡村个性美。 关键词：温岭乡村；聚落特色；美丽乡村；规划实践 The practice research on rural settlements characteristics in WenLing and beautiful countryside planning — Ping Shang Village and Xiao’ao Village as Example Specialty: Architecture and Civil Engineering Graduate: Li Li Instructor: Prof, Lei Zhendong ABSTRACT With the rapid development of social economy and urbanization, the rural socials tructure transformation and many other reasons, not synchronous rural regional living environment and economic development, the rural beauty lacks authenticity and villag ers resonance.
