ResearchonAnalyzingoftheLandscapePatternandPlanningPracticeintheXI`AN-XIANYANGRegionoftheWeiRiverMajor:UrbanplanningandDesignMasterCandidate:ZhengZhiyingSupervisor:Prof.LiuHuiAbstractWiththeestablishmentofXiXiannewarea,theurbanconstructionrangehasextendedtotheWeiRiverandthecitydevelopmenthaschangedfromriverbacktoriverforward,what’smore,theWeiRiveralsoalteredtothecityriver.Intheprocessoftransformation,theWeiRiverspacewillfacelarge-scaledevelopmentandconstructiononbothsides,comparedtothecourseofconstructionoftheurbanriver,theWeiRivershouldpaymoreattentiontotheriversecologyandwatershed,whilethewaterfrontareabuildingintotheurbangreenspacesystemtomeettheurbanfunctionsoftheriver.ThispaperselectstheWeiRiverintheurbanizationastheresearchobject.AfterthebasicresearchandsiteinvestigationbothsidesoftheWeiRiver,thispaperelaboratesthatWeiRiverisanimportantecologicalcorridorriverinthewesttoeastdirectionoftheGuanZhongdistrict,andisalsoanimportantecologicalbarrierinthenorthernpartofXi’An,andevelopmentspindleofXiXiannewareaandribbonofgreenspaceforrecreation.Thispaperputsforwardthecoreissuestobesolved:giveprioritytothepremiseoftheWeiRiverecology,howtobuildtheWeiRiverecologicalcorridorlandscapespatialstructure,theWeiRivertobetterurbanfunctionalareaconnection,howtodealwiththeconnectionsofWeiRiverandthecitywhichistomaintainthebalanceoftheWeiRiverecologicalsystemprotect,urbanfloodsafetyandeffectiveuseofwaterfront.Thispapersolvestheproblemfromthreeaspects.Intheory,thepapermakesresearchofrivercorridorgeneralstructureandthebasicprincipleofecologicalprocessesfromthetheoryaspect,andcompoundoflandscapeecologicalsecuritypatternrecognitionstepintheecologicalprocesses,thendiscussesconstructionexperienceandenlightenmentintheurbanizationprogressinXi’AnrangeandtributariesofwaterfrontaccordingtothedevelopmentstrategyofWeiRiver.Inthestudyofcognitive,thispapermakestheanalysisoflandscapesituationandtakesthelandscapepatternanalysismethodtoWeiRivercorridorlandscapecharacteristicspresentsituationfromthenatu
