And then，the effects of employment caused by technologica l progress of cons町uction industry were calcu lated ，which conciuded that it has no notable effects during nearly ten years. Third ，with the goal to coordinate the relationship between construction industry technological Progress requirements and the promotion of employment，from four aspects give the recommendations: (1) increasing the efforts to training the rural surplus labor force; (2) making the construction labor market order standardized; (3) the government should have appropriate investment; (4) deepening construction industry structure development and expand the employment range.
