II II Abstract Since twenty-first Century, with the advance of globalization, network economy has been further development, the corporate innovation network is becoming more competitive, innovation environment where the corporate also change rapidly, corporate need to gain competitive advantage through technological innovation. The corporate boundaries become blurred increasingly, so that the range of the business activities become bigger and bigger, the difference between different nodes in the corporate network, which leading to the different characteristics of the network structure, and interacting of corporate resources and external network organization, affects the corporate innovation behavior and effects. At the same time, as an important link of the corporate internal management, knowledge has gradually become the key resource of corporate innovation strategy, knowledge governance is good or bad will be to determine whether an corporate full play to the touchstone of innovation and efficiency. In this paper, from the perspective of innovation network, using the combination of theoretical and empirical research methods, to study the relationship between our corporate network structures, knowledge governance and innovation performance under environment uncertainty. First of all, the theoretical part of the relevant background and concepts defined as the starting point, combined with the theory of corporate network, knowledge governance, environmental factors research paradigm; Secondly, according to the aforementioned theoretical analysis, make relevant assumptions and create the scale. Through the distribution of the questionnaire, we recovery a total of 436 effective samples, and descriptive statistics, the reliability and validity test were performed on these samples.
