This paper carries on the research discussion to the mobile phone product development progress management.In the mobile phone profession, the project management is very common, but the majority of them attent flow process management, that the project management theory and the actual union does not arrive. The discussion way mainly through the case, the comprehensive research project progress deviation recognition, the project plan design, the progress control and the project progress plan and the control flow which establishes in this foundation.The full text will use project time management theory, combined with my business and the industry status quo, and my work, to get a series of project time design method and operation control method which close to the actual business , facilitate for enterprise and for industry reference. This article, through JTs X8 phone project time management as a case to explore the basic method of project time management.
