Ahmed引流阀植入术对难治性青光眼治疗作用分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探究Ahmed引流阀植入术应用在难治性青光眼患者治疗中的临床效果。方法 方便选取2011年1月―2015年12月期间该院收治的98例难治性青光眼患者作为受试者，分为两组：对照组和试验组，每组49例。对照组选择复合式小梁切除术治疗，试验组选择Ahmed引流阀植入术治疗，比较术后疗效。结果 受试者复合式小梁切除术或Ahmed引流阀植入术后，对照组临床总有效率为75.51%显著低于试验组患者的临床总有效率（93.88%），组间差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 Ahmed引流阀植入术具有并发症少、术后恢复快及操作简便等特点，对于改善患者临床症状以及提升患者生存质量等方面具有着至关重要的作用。 　　[关键词] Ahmed引流阀植入术；难治性青光眼；临床疗效 　　[中图分类号] R779 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）07（b）-0050-03 　　Analysis of Therapeutic Effect of Ahmed Drainage Valve Implantation for Refractory Glaucoma 　　QIN Jian-ying， ZHANG Zuo-ren， GU Yu-hong， WANG Tao， ZHAO Wei-Jie 　　Ophthalmology Department， The First Peoples Hospital Of Changshu， Changshu City， Jiangsu Province，Changshu ，Jiangsu Province，215500 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of Ahmed drainage valve implantation in the treatment of patients with refractory glaucoma. Methods Convenient selection will from January 2011 to December 2011， our hospital during the period of 98 cases of refractory glaucoma patients as the subjects， divided into two groups： control group and experimental group， 49 cases in each group. Group compound trabeculectomy treatment， patients choose Ahmed drainage valve implantation treatment， compare the postoperative curative effect. The control group was treated with compound trabeculectomy， and the experimental group was treated with Ahmed drainage valve implantation. Results The subjects combined trabeculectomy or Ahmed drainage valve after implantation，control group of patients with clinical total effective rate was 75.51% lower than experimental clinical total effective rate （93.88%）， there exists significant difference between groups （P 0.05）. Conclusion Ahmed drainage valve implantation has the characteristics of less complications， rapid postoperative recovery and easy operation. It has a vital role in improving the clinical symptoms of patients and improving the quality of life of patients. 　　[Key words] Ahmed drainage valve implantat
