ASRM修正子宫内膜异位症分期法指导子宫内膜异位症术后应用GnRH―a临床研究 　　摘要：目的 探讨ASRM修正子宫内膜异位症分期法指导子宫内膜异位症术后应用GnRH-a的临床疗效。方法 在医院2013年4月～2014年4月诊治的子宫内膜异位症行保留生育功能手术后的患者中抽取80例作研究对象，并按照ASRM修正子宫内膜异位症分期法进行分组，治疗组（n=40）根据分期法中分为Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期者术后不予药物治疗，而Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期者给予GnRH-a治疗，观察组（n=40）不管分期如何均不予药物治疗，对比两组患者术后疼痛程度、妊娠分娩率、术后复发率、药物副作用情况。结果 ①治疗组妊娠率、分娩率均高于观察组（均P0.05），而复发率和VAS疼痛评分显著低于观察组（均P0.05）；②治疗组患者均无严重不良反应。结论 ASRM修正子宫内膜异位症分期法指导子宫内膜异位症术后应用GnRH-a的临床疗效确切，可明显缓解患者疼痛，并提升其妊娠率、分娩率，降低术后疾病复发率，且安全性较高。 　　关键词：ASRM修正子宫内膜异位症分期法；子宫内膜异位症；GnRH-a 　　中图分类号：R713 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1959（2017）16-0050-02 　　Clinical Study of Applying ASRM to Repair Endometriosis after Staging Endometriosis Guided by GnRH-a 　　WANG Mei 　　（Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology，the First Peoples Hospital of Nankang，Nankang 341400，Jiangxi，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ASRM modified endometriosis staging in the treatment of endometriosis after GnRH-a.Methods A total of 80 patients with endometriosis who had been treated in the hospital from April 2013 to April 2014 were enrolled in the study，and were grouped according to the modified ASRM endometriosis staging method，treatment group（n=40）according to the staging method is divided into phase I and II patients without drug treatment， and stage III，IV were given GnRH-a treatment，the observation group（n=40），regardless of staging，was not treated with drugs，the degree of postoperative pain，the rate of pregnancy delivery，the rate of postoperative recurrence and the side effects of the two groups were compared.Results ①The pregnancy rate and delivery rate in the treatment group were higher than those in the observation group（P 0.05），while the recurrence rate and VAS pain score were significantly lower than those in the observation group（P0.05）；②there were no serious adverse reactions in the treatment group.Conclusion The clinical curative effect of modified ASRM endometriosis stage guidance of endometriosis postoperative application of GnRH-a is effective，can significantly relieve the
