Avaulta前盆腔悬吊术治疗前盆腔脏器脱垂近期疗效分析 　　【摘要】 目的 分析采用Avaulta soloTM盆底修补系统前路网片进行前盆腔悬吊术治疗阴道前壁膨出的初步结果， 讨论该方法的短期疗效及安全性。方法 回顾性分析23例阴道前壁膨出合并子宫脱垂患者采用Avaulta soloTM盆底修补系统前路网片行前盆腔悬吊术术中情况和短期临床疗效及术后的复发情况、并发症。结果 23例合并有子宫脱垂的前盆腔缺陷患者行Avaulta前盆腔悬吊术治疗过程顺利， 短期未发现复发， 但术后有并发症出现。结论 Avaulta前盆腔悬吊术可以有效地治疗前盆腔缺陷的患者， 其短期复发率低， 存在并发症， 但严重并发症少， 其远期疗效及安全性仍需长期随访结果。 　　【关键词】 前盆腔缺陷；Avaulta前盆腔悬吊术；治疗 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2016.09.008 　　Analysis of short-term curative effect by Avaulta anterior pelvic suspension in the treamtnet of anterior pelvic organ prolapse CHEN Tian-quan. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on operation condition， short-term curative effect， postoperative recurrence and complications in 23 cases with anterior vaginal prolapsed treated by Avaulta soloTM pelvic floor repair system mesh for anterior pelvic floor reconstruction. Results All the 23 cases received successful Avaulta anterior pelvic suspension for their anterior compartment deficiency complicated with uterine prolapse， with postoperative complications. There was no short-term recurrent case. Conclusion Avaulta anterior pelvic suspension can provide effective treatment for anterior compartment deficiency patients， along with low short-term recurrence rate and few severe complications.
