Bcl2和HNF3β在非小细胞肺癌中表达及临床意义 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨Bcl2和HNF3β在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其临床意义。 　　方法 应用免疫组化法检测65例非小细胞肺癌和癌旁正常肺组织中HNF3β和Bcl2的表达。 　　结果 65例非小细胞肺癌中，Bcl2和HNF3β阳性表达率分别为78.5%（51/65）和33.8%（22/65），癌旁正常肺组织Bcl2和HNF3β阳性表达率分别为16.9%（11/65）和84.6% （55/65）；非小细胞肺癌组织中HNF3β阳性表达率显著低于癌旁正常肺组织，Bcl2阳性表达率显著高于癌旁正常肺组织，HNF3β和Bcl2蛋白表达呈负相关（P005）；HNF3β低表达和Bcl2高表达与非小细胞肺癌TNM临床分期、病理组织类型、有无淋巴结转移及患者生存期呈显著相关（P005或001）。 　　结论 HNF3β和Bcl2在非小细胞肺癌的发生、发展过程中起了重要作用，推测HNF3β和Bcl2蛋白表达可共同作为非小细胞肺癌早期诊断、预后评估生物标志物，可作为肺癌预后的一个适用新靶点。 　　【关键词】 非小细胞肺癌；HNF3β；Bcl2；免疫组化 　　中图分类号：R734.2 文献标识码：A 文章编号2014 　　DOI：10.3969/j.issn2014.02.003 　　Expression and clinical significance of Bcl2 and HNF3β in nonsmall cell lung cancer 　　[HJ2][HJ] 　　QIN Chunyan，LUO Weigui▲，HUANG Xia，DNEG Junhua，QIN Xuemei，SU Hui 　　（Department of Respiratory，the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities， Baise 533000，Guangxi， China） 　　[HJ2][HJ] 　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Bcl2 and HNF3β in nonsmall cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. 　　Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to test the expressions of Bcl2 and HNF3β in the NSCLC and adjacent normal lung tissue of 65 cases. 　　Results The positive expression rates of Bcl2 and HNF3β in the NSCLC of all patients were 78.5%（51/65） and 33.8%（22/65） respectively and those in the adjacent normal lung tissue were 16.9%（11/65）and 84.6%（55/65），respectively.The positive expression rate of HNF3β in NSCLC tissue was significantly lower than that in the adjacent normal lung tissue，while the positive expression rate of Bcl2 in NSCLC tissue was significantly higher than that of the adjacent normal lung tissue.The protein expressions of HNF3β and Bcl2 were negatively correlated（P005）.The low expression of HNF3β and high expression of Bcl2 were significantly correlated to TNM clinical stage，pathological types，with or without cervical lymph node metastasis and patients’ lifetime of NSCLC（P005 or 0.01）. 　　Conclusion Bc2 and HNF3β play a
