56例AIDS患者肝脏损害超声表现与病理对照分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨AIDS患者肝脏损害的超声表现与病理结果的相关性。方法：对56例肝功能异常的AIDS患者的超声表现与肝活检病理检查结果进行对照分析。结果：56例AIDS患者中，8例（14.3%）超声表现肝脏回声未见异常，病理结果为G1S0 5例，G1S1 3例； 　　14例（25.0%）超声表现肝回声细密增强，病理结果为G1S0 4例 G2S1 8例，G2S2 2例；24例（42.9%）超声表现肝脏回声增粗欠均，病理结果G2S2 10例，G2S3 6例，G3S3 8例；10例（17.9%）超声表现肝回声明显增粗不均，门静脉增宽，脾脏肿大，病理结果G3S3 7例，G3S4 3例。结论：AIDS患者肝损害早期超声表现与病理的相关性较低，中晚期随肝回声增粗，病理提示肝纤维化程度逐渐增高，超声可根据肝脏实质回声变化，为AIDS患者肝脏损害的程度提供有价值的诊断依据。 　　【关键词】 AIDS； 肝脏损害； 超声； 病理 　　中图分类号 R512.91 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）7-0071-03 　　A Contrast Analysis of Ultrasound Manifestation and Pathological Mechanism of Liver Damage of 56 Patients with AIDS/PANG Xing-mei，DONG Zhi-jian，HE Wei-yao-zhen，et al.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2015，13（7）：71-73 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the correlation of ultrasound manifestation and pathological mechanism of liver damage in patients with AIDS.Method：A contrast analysis of ultrasound manifestation and biopsy pathologic examination of liver damage of 56 patients with AIDS.Result：56 cases of AIDS，8 cases（14.3%） had nothing abnormal detected in the ultrasound manifestation of livers，and pathological results：5 cases of G1S0 and 3 cases of G1S1.The ultrasonic hepatic echo of 14 cases（25.0%） were close and strengthened，pathological results：4 cases of G1S0，8 cases of G2S1 and 2 cases of G2S2.The ultrasonic hepatic echo of 24 cases（42.9%） were augmented and unequal，pathological results：10 cases of G2S2，6 cases of G2S3 and 8 cases of G3S3.The ultrasonic hepatic echo of 10 cases（17.9%） were obviously augmented and unequal，portal vein was broadened and spleen was swelling，pathological results：7 cases of G3S3 and 3 cases of G3S4.Conclusion：The correlation of early stage ultrasound manifestation and pathological results of liver damage in AIDS patients is poor，in the middle and advanced stage，the ultrasonic hepatic echo is augmented，pathologically indicating the degree of liver fibroses is rising.Ultrasound examination can provide valuable diagnostic basis for liver
