5―氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法对尖锐湿疣患者疗效及性生活质量影响 　　【摘要】目的：探究与分析5-氨基酮戊酸-光动力疗法治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效及对性生活质量的影响。方法：选取我院自2013年7月至2015年2月收治的240例尖锐湿疣患者，采取随机数字表法分为微波组、光动力组及联合组，每组各80例，对比三组患者的临床疗效、随访6个月的复发率及性生活质量。结果：微波组与光动力组的总有效率相比无明显差异（P0.05），联合组较微波组及光动力组相比总有效率较高（均P0.05），联合组较微波组及光动力组相比复发率较低（均P0.05）。联合组较微波组与光动力组相比上述指标评分较高（均P0.05）。结论：采用5-氨基酮戊酸-光动力疗法联合尖锐湿疣的临床效果显著，复发率较低，可促进改善性生活质量，值得推广。 　　【关键词】 5-氨基酮戊酸-光动力疗法；微波；尖锐湿疣；疗效；性生活质量 　　5-amino ketones pentanoic acid - photodynamic therapy in treating patients with condyloma acuminatum and its impact on sexual life qualityQIAN Fang1， LIU Yuan2. 1. Pharmacy Department， The Air Force General Hospital， Beijing 100142， China 　　【Abstract】Objectives： To explore and analyze the clinical curative effect of 5 - amino ketones pentanoic acid - photodynamic therapy （5-ALA-PDT） in treating condyloma acuminatum （CA） and its impact on the quality of sex life. Methods： 240 CA patients in our hospital from July 2011 to February 2015 were treated， and divided into the microwave group， photodynamic group and joint group， 80 cases in each group. The clinical efficacy， recurrence rate in the 6-month follow up and quality of sexual life of the three groups was compared. Results： The total effective rate was not significantly different between microwave group and photodynamic group （P 0.05）， but that of the joint group was much higher （both P 0.05）， while that of the joint group was much higher （both P 0.05）， but those of the joint group were much higher （all P0.05）.
