52例老年糖尿病引起低钾血症患者临床治疗研究 　　[摘要] 目的 分析讨论老年糖尿病引起的低钾血症患者的临床特征以及临床治疗效果。方法 该组选择2015年6月―2016年6月在该院接受治疗的52例老年糖尿病并发低钾血症患者作为观察对象，回顾性的对全部患者的基本临床资料进行研究分析。结果 患者经过临床治疗后，对老年糖尿病并发低钾血症患者的临床疗效进行评估，其中，有27例（51.92%）患者获得显效，有21例（40.39%）患者获得有效，患者的临床总有效率为92.31%，获得无效的患者为4例（7.69%）。结论 老年糖尿病患者由于长期血糖控制情况较差以及并发其他疾患，容易由于摄入食物含钾量不足以及同用多种药物导致排钾增多或者是细胞外钾转移到细胞内而出现低钾，其中低血钾是由混合因素而引发的，需要临床积极的采取有效措施进行预防和控制。 　　[关键词] 老年糖尿病；低钾血症；临床治疗 　　[中图分类号] R59 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2016）10（a）-0071-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics and therapeutic effect of the patients with diabetes mellitus induced by low potassium in the elderly. Methods The group selection in 2015 June to June 2016. In our hospital received the treatment of 52 cases of senile diabetic patients complicated with low potassium in patients with hyperlipidemia as the object of observation， a retrospective of all patients clinical data were analyzed. Results Patients after treatment， the clinical curative effect of senile diabetes mellitus complicated with hypokalemia patients evaluated， of which there are 27 cases （51.92%） were successfully cured， 21 cases （40.39%） patients access to effective， the clinical total efficiency was 92.31%， were ineffective in 4 cases （7.69%）.
