Skp2和P27在非小细胞肺癌组织中表达及其临床意义 　　[摘要] 目的 研究细胞S期激酶相关蛋白Skp2和P27蛋白在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达,及其与非小细胞肺癌各项临床病理指标的关系。方法 应用免疫组化S-P法检测82例非小细胞肺癌和20例正常肺组织中Skp2和P27蛋白的表达情况,同时结合其临床资料进行统计学分析。结果 在非小细胞肺癌组织中Skp2蛋白表达的阳性率为48.78%,显著高于正常肺组织;非小细胞肺癌组织中P27蛋白表达的阳性率为42.68%,显著低于正常肺组织。Skp2和P27的表达与肿瘤的分化程度高低、淋巴结转移与否及TNM分期有关(P0.05),非小细胞肺癌组织中Skp2表达与P27表达呈显著负相关(P0.05)。结论 非小细胞肺癌组织中Skp2蛋白表达与P27降解有关,提示这两种蛋白的检测可能成为非小细胞肺癌的早期诊断、评价其恶性程度及判断预后的重要指标之一。 　　[关键词] 非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC); Skp2; P27; 免疫组化 　　[中图分类号] R734.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-9701(2010)13-08-03 　　 　　Expression and Clinical Significance of Skp2 and P27 in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer 　　LIU Dong XIAO Pei WANG Mingyao LI Yi 　　Department of Pathology,Liaoning Province Tumor Hospital,Shenyang 110042,China 　　 　　[Abstract] ObjectiveTo investigate the expression of S-phase kinase-associated protein 2 and P27 in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) and their relationship with clinicpathological characters. MethodsThe expression of Skp2 and P27 was evaluated by immunohisto- chemical staining(S-P) in 82 cases of primary NSCLC and 20 cases of normal lung tissue in control group,and the clinical data were analyzed. ResultsThe expression rate of Skp2(48.78%) in NSCLC was significantly higher than that in normal lung tissue(10.00%). The expression rate of P27(42.68%) in NSCLC was significantly lower than that in the normal lung tissue(90.00%). In the NSCLC group,the expression of Skp2 and P27 was correlated with the histological differentiation,lymph node metastasis and clinical stage(P0.05). The Skp2 expression was negatively correlated with the P27 expression(P0.01).
