ICU住院患者高血糖发生率及高血糖管理与病情预后关系 　　[摘要] 目的 观察ICU住院患者高血糖发生率及高血糖管理与病情及预后之间的关系。方法 选择2014年5月―2015年8月该院收治的89例ICU住院患者为观察对象，将其随机分成两组，对照组44例ICU住院患者不采用高血糖管理，实验组45例ICU住院患者采用高血糖管理，观察两组ICU住院患者的高血糖发生率、病情缓解率及ICU住院时间。 结果 对照组ICU住院患者高血糖发生率（36.36%）明显高于实验组（11.11%），且两组ICU住院患者的病情缓解率及ICU住院时间差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 针对ICU住院患者采用高血糖管理能有效减少高血糖发生情况，缓解患者病情，促进预后。 　　[关键词] ICU；高血糖；血糖管理；预后 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2016）03（a）-0004-03 　　The Relationship Between Hyperglycemia and Hyperglycemia Management and the Condition and Prognosis of Patients with ICU 　　LI Jing-zhou 　　ICU， First Peoples Hospital of Shangqiu， Shangqiu， Henan Province， 476100 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the ICU inpatients incidence of hyperglycemia and high blood sugar management and the relationship between the condition and prognosis. Methods 89 cases hospitalized in the ICU of our hospital from May 2014 to August 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups， the control group （44 cases） and the experimental group （45 cases）. Patients in the experimental group were treated with hyperglycemia management， while those in the control group were not. The incidence of hyperglycemia， remission rate and length of stay in the ICU were observed in both groups. Results The incidence of hyperglycemia was much higher in the control group than that in the experimental group （36.36% vs 11.11%） （P0.05）. The difference in the remission rate between the two groups was statistically significant （P0.05）. The difference in the length of stay in the ICU between the two groups was statistically significant （P0.05）. Conclusion For the ICU inpatients， hyperglycemia management can effectively reduce the incidence of hyperglycemia， alleviate the condition and improve the prognosis. 　　[Key words] ICU； Hyperglycemia； Blood sugar management； Prognosis 　　ICU住院患者合并应激性高血糖现象在临床中较为常见，高血糖的出现极易对患者预后产生不良影响，极易加重患者的病情程度。临床上有报道称，降低ICU住院患者血糖水平能有效促进其预后[1]，该院为了观察不同血糖水平控制对应激性高血糖ICU患者预后的影响，针对收治的ICU住院患者采用血糖控制，现报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料
