IMP―3和Glypican―3在肝细胞癌中表达及意义 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨IMP-3、Glypican-3在肝细胞癌中的表达及临床意义。 方法 以104例肝细胞癌作为观察组，以52例正常肝组织作为对照组，应用免疫组化方法检测IMP-3、Glypican-3的表达，探讨IMP-3、Glypican-3的关系及临床意义。 结果观察组中IMP-3、Glypican-3阳性率分别为62.50%和76.92%，对照组为37.55%和23.08%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），观察组中IMP-3、Glypican-3的表达与肿瘤的最大径、分化程度、TNM分期、脉管浸润及转移具有相关性。IMP-3、Glypican-3呈正相关性，相关系数r=0.47（P=0.01）。 结论 肝细胞癌中IMP-3、Glypican-3高表达且具有协同作用，对肿瘤的发生和进展可能有重要的促进作用。 　　[关键词] 肝细胞癌；IMP-3；Glypican-3；免疫组织化学 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）04（c）-0007-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the expression of IMP-3 and Glypican-3 in hepatocellular carcinoma and the clinical significance between them. Methods 104 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma was included as the observation group and 52 cases with normal liver tissue were included as the control group. The expression of IMP-3 and Glypican-3 were detected using immunohistochemical method. The relationship and clinical significance of Glypican-3 and IMP-3 was discussed. Results The positive rate of IMP-3， Glypican-3 were 62.50% and 76.92% respectively in the observation group， and that were significantly higher than the control group of 37.55% and 23.08%， the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）. IMP-3， Glypican-3 expression had relationship with tumor size， degree of differentiation， TNM stage， vascular invasion and metastasis. The expression of IMP-3 in the observation group had a positive correlation with Glypican-3 and the correlation coefficient r=0.47（P=0.01）. Conclusion Glypican-3 and IMP-3 have a synergistic effect in hepatocellular carcinoma and they may have an important role in promoting the hepatocellular carcinoma. 　　[Key words] Hepatocellular carcinoma； IMP-3； Glypican-3； Immunohistochemistry 　　IMP-3（Insulin-like growth factor Ⅱ mRNA-binding protein 3）是胰岛素样生长因子II mRNA结合蛋白家族的一员[1]，Glypican-3是一种硫酸肝素糖蛋白和癌胚抗原[2]。IMP-3和Glypican-3是目前研究的另一种肿瘤影响因子，在肝癌细胞的的发生有重要的促进作用[3-4]。该研究是应用免疫组化方法检测IMP-3和Glypican-3在肝细胞癌中的表达，探讨二者之间的关系及临床意义，现报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　整群选取201
