CT和B超诊断ⅠB至ⅡA期宫颈癌宫旁浸润意义 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨ⅠB至ⅡA期宫颈癌宫旁浸润应用CT及B超检查的诊断意义。方法：回顾性分析81例经病理学明确诊断为宫颈癌患者的临床资料，对比分析应用CT及B超检查对ⅠB至ⅡA期宫颈癌宫旁浸润的诊断准确率，评价两种检查对ⅠB至ⅡA期宫颈癌宫旁浸润的诊断价值。结果：CT检查及B超检查对ⅠB至ⅡA期宫颈癌宫旁浸润的灵敏度及特异度均存在显著差异，CT检查的灵敏度为83.33%，明显优于B超检查的50.00%（字2=4.5000，P=0.0338）；而CT检查的特异度为88.89%，明显优于B超检查的74.60%（字2=4.3081，P=0.0379）。CT检查的诊断价值显著高于B超声检查（P0.05）。结论：CT检查及B超检查均对ⅠB至ⅡA期宫颈癌宫旁浸润有着较高的诊断价值，但CT的诊断价值较B超检查更优。 　　【关键词】 CT检查； B超检查； 宫颈癌； 宫旁浸润 　　The Significance of CT and Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Ⅰ B to Ⅱ A Stage Cervical Cancer/WEI Fang.//Medical Innovation of China，2014，11（31）：041-043 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To explore the significance of CT and ultrasound in the diagnosis of Ⅰ B to Ⅱ A stage cervical cancer. Method： 81 pathological diagnosis for cervical cancer patients were retrospectively analyzed， as well as the diagnostic accuracy of CT and ultrasound examination on Ⅰ B to Ⅱ A stage cervical cancer. And to evaluate the diagnostic value of two kinds of inspection onⅠ B to Ⅱ A stage cervical cancer. Result： There were sensitivity of significant differences and specific degrees between CT and B ultrasonic on Ⅰ B to Ⅱ A stage cervical cancer. The sensitivity of CT examination was 83.33%， significantly better than that of B ultrasonic examination 50.00% （字2=4.5000，P=0.0338）. And CT examination specific degrees was 88.89%， which was significantly better than ultrasound （74.60%） （字2=4.3081，P=0.0379）. The diagnostic value of CT examination was significantly higher than that of B ultrasound （P0.05）.
