MRI在脊柱转移肿瘤诊断中临床价值 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨MRI检查在脊柱转移肿瘤诊断中的临床价值。 方法 回顾性分析2012年5月～ 2013年4月我院收治的51例脊柱转移肿瘤患者影像学资料，所有患者均分别进行CT与MRI检查，对两种检查的诊断敏感性与对病情判定情况进行统计并做对比分析。 结果 MRI检查确诊脊柱转移肿瘤有49例患者，其诊断敏感性为96.1%；而经CT 检查为脊柱转移肿瘤有23例患者，其临床诊断敏感性为45.1%；对脊柱转移肿瘤检查MRI的诊断敏感性明显高于CT，差异具有统计学意义（x2=5.17， P0.05）。本研究中经MRI与CT检查发现各种病变共269例次，MRI检出总例数261例次，均明显高于CT检查137例次，差异具有统计学意义（x2 =7.21，P0.05）。 结论 MRI检查可有效检查出早期脊柱转移肿瘤，并且在评价脊柱受累的范围和程度有着重要意义，它为临床制定治疗方案和判定预后提供了重要的依据。 　　[关键词] 磁共振成像；CT；脊柱转移肿瘤；临床价值 　　[中图分类号] R445 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2014）13-107-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical value of MRI in diagnosis of spinal metastases. Methods The imaging data of patients with spinal metastases in our hospital from May 2011 to April 2012 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were respectively examined by CT and MRI.The diagnostic sensitivity and disease determination of two check methods were statistically analyzed. Results The diagnosis of spinal metastases was 49 patients（96.1%）by MRI，that was significantly higher than that of in 23 patients （45.1%）by CT.The difference between the two inspection results was statistically significant（x2 =5.17，P0.05）.In this study，there were 269 cases of various diseases by the MRI and CT.261 cases of the total detected number by MRI was significantly higher than 137 cases by CT，the difference was statistically significant（x2 =7.21，P0.05）.
