QQ护患病友群对肺结核空洞切除患者身心健康恢复影响研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨“QQ护患病友群”对肺结核空洞切除患者出院后生活质量与心理状态的影响。方法：选取2012年1月-2015年6月本院100例肺结核空洞切除术患者，根据入院时间分为观察组和对照组，2012年1月-2013年12月的50例患者作为对照组，2014年1月-2015年6月的50例患者作为观察组，对照组出院后进行常规随访，观察组出院后实施“QQ护患病友群”，比较两组出院后的生活质量及心理状态。结果：两组患者出院干预3个月后SF-60评分均较出院时明显改善，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），观察组出院干预3个月后的SAS、SDS、SCL-90评分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：“QQ护患病友群”能够满足肺结核空洞切除患者出院后的护理需求，缓解患者的不良心理状态，提高患者的生活质量，临床效果满意。 　　【关键词】 QQ护患病友群； 肺结核； 生活质量； 心理状态 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the effect of QQ group nursing on patients with pulmonary tuberculous cavity resection about the mental health recovery.Method：The 100 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis cavity resection in the our hospital from January 2012 to June 2015，according to the date of admission，were divided into the observation group and the control group. From January 2012 to December 2013，50 patients were chose as the control group，from January 2014 to June 2015，50 patients were chosen as the observation group.The control group patients were discharged after a routine follow-up，patients in observation group were given QQ group nursing，they were compared between the two groups after discharge of the quality of life and psychological state.Result：The SF-60 scores of two groups were significantly improved after three months，and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The SAS，SDS and SCL-90 scores of the observation group were lower than those in the control group at three months，the differences had statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion：QQ patient group nurse can meet pulmonary tuberculosis cavity nursing needs of patients discharged from hospital after resection of remission in patients with adverse psychological state，improve the quality of life of patients，the clinical effect is satisfactory. 　　【Key words】 QQ patients group nursing； Pulmonary tuberculosis； Quality of life； Psychological state 　　First-author’s address：Chest Hospital of Shandong Province，Ji’nan 250101，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2016
