PDCA 循环管理在防范老年精神患者跌倒护理中应用价值分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨PDCA 循环管理在防范老年精神患者跌倒护理中的应用价值。 方法 选取2016年1～12月我院收治的120例老年精神患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组60例，对照组给予常规护理措施，观察组给予PDCA循环管理，对比护理过程中两组患者的护理满意度、损伤程度分级及跌倒事件发生率。 结果 观察组跌倒发生率为6.7%，显著低于对照组的25.0%（P0.05），且两组损伤等级相比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组护理满意度为100.0%，显著性高于对照组的86.7%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 PDCA 循环管理有利于降低老年精神患者跌倒发生率，提高护理满意度，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] PDCA 循环管理；老年；精神疾病；跌倒；护理 　　[中图分类号] R471 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）11-0125-03 　　Analysis on the application value of PDCA cycle in the nursing of preventing falling in the elderly patients with mental Illness 　　HUANG Lifen WU Shaochang ZHU Manlian LAN Yayan 　　Ward No. 11， Lishui Second Peoples Hospital in Zhejiang Province， Lishui 323000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the application value of PDCA cycle in the nursing of preventing falling in the elderly patients with mental illness. Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with mental illness who were admitted to our hospital from January to December 2016 were selected. They were randomly assigned to the observation group and the control group， with 60 patients in each group. The control group was given regular nursing measures， and the observation group was given PDCA cycle. During the nursing care， the nursing satisfaction degree， level of damage degree and incidence rate of falling were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of falling in the observation group was 6.7%， significantly lower than that of 25.0% in the control group（P0.05）， and the difference in the level of damage degree was statistically significant（P0.05）. The satisfaction rate in the observation group was 100.0%， significantly higher than that of 86.7% in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion PDCA cycle is beneficial to reducing the falling in the elderly patients with mental illness and improving nursing satisfaction degree， which is worthy of clinical promotion. 　　[Key words] PDCA cycle； The elderly； Mental illness
