CT与MRI在急性胰腺炎诊断中价值对比研究 　　[摘要]目的 探讨CT与MRI在急性胰腺炎（AP）诊断中的价值比较。 方法 选择我院168例临床高度怀疑急性胰腺炎患者，为明确其诊断，同时行CT与MRI检查，根据检查方法将其分为CT检查组与MRI检查组。比较两组的影像表现、灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、诊断正确率之间的差异。 结果 CT及MRI下胰腺炎的表现，在确诊的病例中，CT组诊断符合率为96.00%，MRI组诊断符合率为98.67%。CT、MRI在诊断急性胰腺炎中具有一致性，CT诊断急性胰腺炎的诊断准确率、灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值与阴性预测值分别为：92.86%、96.00%、66.67%、96.00%与66.67%；MRI诊断急性胰腺炎的诊断准确率、灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值与阴性预测值分别为：95.24%、98.67%、77.78%、97.37%与87.50%。 结论 MRI检查的灵敏度与特异度及诊断准确率均高于CT检查，值得临床推广使用。 　　[关键词] CT；MRI；急性胰腺炎；诊断 　　[中图分类号] R576 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2013）13-121-03 　　Comparative study on the value of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis 　　LI Shengkai ZHU Wenbiao 　　The Peoples Hospital of Meizhou City in Guangdong Province，Meizhou 514031，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss comparative study on the value of CT and MRI to diagnose acute pancreatitis. Methods 168 clinical highly suspected acute pancreatitis were selected and to clarify the diagnosis，all patients were examined by CT and MRI.
