Emax全瓷贴面美容修复效果评价 　　[摘要]目的:对E-max全瓷贴面的修复效果进行评价,为临床提供理论依据。方法:对35例患者218个E-max全瓷贴面修复后,从6～18个月的修复体颜色、边缘适合性、邻边缘变色及继发龋等指标进行检查登记比较。结果:有1例重度四环素牙患者分别进行了上下各12个贴面的美容修复,修复后患者比较满意,而医师觉得不太理想。有1个贴面修复后3个月时发生局部崩折,进行了重新制作。有2例患者下颌8个贴面在两次复查时,舌侧外展隙均有少量结石。有2例患者在贴面修复后1～3个月,有4个基牙出现牙髓炎、根尖脓肿,出现以上症状后及时进行了根管治疗。其余贴面的各项指标都能达到满意的效果。结论:E-max全瓷贴面进行美容修复可以获得比较满意的修复效果。在基牙预备时要避免对基牙造成过度刺激,防止牙髓炎、根尖周炎的发生,同时,修复后要认真检查咬合接触关系,避免早接触。对个别下颌贴面需要进行定期复查。 　　关键词:全瓷贴面;美容修复;评价 　　[中图分类号]R783 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1008-6455(2010)05-0731-03 　　 　　Clinical evaluation of E-max ceramic veneers on aesthetic restoration 　　DENG Zai-xi,ZHANG Chun-bao,GAN Yun-na,JIA Jun,MAO Yong,SUN Xiang 　　(Department ofProsthodontics,College of Stomatology,The Fourth Military Medical University,Xian 710032,Shaanxi,China) 　　 　　Abstract:ObjectiveTo evaluate the restoration of E-max ceramic veneer. Methods35 patients were treated by 218 ceramic veneers and the observation times were from 6s to 18 months.Five indexes were observed by the modified Ryge criteria during the return visit.ResultsAlthough one patient suffered the severe tetracycline discoloration was greatly satisfied with the prosthetics,the doctor was not content with that. There were one veneer cracked after 3 months restoration,the problem of the other three veneers was caused by hard-biting.There was dental calculus remaining in the embrasures in the 8 veneers of 2 patients;the dental calculus was cleaned out during return visit,and it was suggested that a regulate check-up was needed at least within one year to ensure the health of abutment.There were pulpitis,apical abscess which happened in the 4 veneers of 2 patients after 1 to 3 months restoration,and they were treated with RCT in time.ConclusionThe ideal prosthetics effects of IPS E-max system can be obtained by the doctors and technicians standard performance and mastery of technique.But the excess stimulus should be avoided in the process of abutment preparation to prevent the development of pulpitis and apical abscess.
