Notch1Notch2 Notch3跨膜受体蛋白在淋巴瘤组织中表达及意义 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨不同类型淋巴瘤组织中Notch1、Notch2、 Notch3跨膜受体蛋白的表达规律。 方法 通过免疫组织化学SP技术，观察59例淋巴瘤组织和21例淋巴结反应性增生组织中Notch的表达水平。 结果 Notch1在T细胞淋巴瘤组和NK/T细胞淋巴瘤组表达的阳性率显著高于B细胞淋巴瘤组及对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。B细胞淋巴瘤组和NK/T细胞淋巴瘤组Notch2表达的阳性率明显高于T细胞淋巴瘤组和对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。NK/T细胞淋巴瘤组Notch3表达的阳性率明显高于其他三组，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。结论 Notch信号通路的异常活化与淋巴瘤的发生、发展密切相关。其中NK/T细胞淋巴瘤的发生、发展可能与Notch1、Notch2、Notch3的高表达有关；Notch1的高表达可能在T细胞淋巴瘤的发生、发展中起到重要作用；B细胞淋巴瘤的发生、发展与Notch2的高表达相关。 　　[关键词] Notch；淋巴瘤 　　[中图分类号] R733.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）12-0005-04 　　The expression and its significance of Notch1-3 protein in lymphoma 　　XING Hongyan1，2 TENG Qingliang3 　　1.Qingdao University Medical College，Qingdao 266000，China； 2.Taishan Nursing Occupation College，Tai`an 271000，China； 3.Department of Hematology，the Central Hospital of Taian City in Shandong Province，Taian 271000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the expression and its significance of Notch1、Notch2、 Notch3 transmembrane receptor protein in different types of lymphoma tissues. Methods By employing immunohistochenistry SP staining，the expressions of Notch in 59 lymphomas were detected， and 21 cases of lymph-node reactive hyperplasia served as control group. Results The expression of Notch1 was significantly higher in T-cell lymphoma and NK/T-cell lymphoma than that in the B-cell lymphoma and the control group， the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）. The expression of Notch2 was obviously higher in B-cell lymphoma and NK/T-cell lymphoma than that in the T-cell lymphoma and the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.
