CBL教学法在神经外科见习中应用   【摘要】 目的:探讨以病例为基础的教学(CBL)模式在医学生神经外科见习教学中的应用效果。方法:选取65名见习医学生作为研究对象,将其随机分成A、B组:A组采用传统以授课为基础的教学(LBL)模式,B组采用CBL教学模式,通过问卷调查及出科考试的方式评价两种教学法在神经外科见习中教学效果。结果:B组学生对教学满意及其考试成绩明显优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:CBL教学模式比LBL教学模式更适合神经外科临床见习教学。   【关键词】 CBL教学法; 神经外科; 见习   doi:10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2017.15.077 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805(2017)15-0138-02   Application of CBL Teaching Method in Clinical Probation of Neurosurgery/HE Jian-xun,MI Deng-hai,WEI Hong-tao.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research,2017,15(15):138-139   【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the benefits of CBL(case based learning) teaching method applied to medical students during their clinical probation of neurosurgery in the department of neurosurgery.Method:65 medical students were randomly selected and divided into group A、B,students in the group A received LBL(lecture based learning) teaching,students in the group B received CBL teaching.The difference of teaching effects between the two groups were compared and evaluated by comparing the difference of students’ test results and survey of satisfaction.Result:Students in the group B were significant better in satisfaction and score than group A,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:CBL teaching method shows more benefits than LBL teaching in clinical probation of neurosurgery.   【Key words】 CBL teaching method; Neurosurgery; Clinical probation   First-author’s address:The Second Clinical Medical College Hospital of Northwest University for Nationalities,Lanzhou 730000,China   临床见习是联系理论课与临床实习的桥梁,是实现医学生向实习医生过渡的重要环节,注重基础理论与?R床,促进学生见习教学质量的提高是培养优秀医学人才的关键。目前临床见习中存在的问题给临床教学带来很多困难,客观上影响了临床教学质量。提高临床见习的质量,成为临床带教教师不断探索的问题之一。既往的传统教学法(lecture based learning,LBL)是一种被动的知识灌输模式的教学方式,只注重知识的记忆,造成主动发现问题和解决问题能力欠缺,思维僵化[1]。而以病例为基础的学习(Case Based Learning,CBL)模式是基于以问题为基础的学习(PBL)发展而来的全新教学模式,其核心是“以病例为先导,以问题为基础,以学生为主体,以教师为主导”的小组讨论式教学[2-4]。本课题在神经外科临床见习教学中引入CBL教学法,对临床神经外科见习教学方法进行探索,以提高临床神外科见习教学质量,培养出高素质的医学人才。   1 资料与方法   1.1 一般资料   选取西北民族大学2011临床医学院五年制医
