N静脉受压与N静脉受压综合征研究进展 　　【摘要】 ?N静脉受压（PVE）是一种常见的影像学表现，在人群中较为常见，多数无明显症状。当?N静脉压迫影响血流时，就会出现?N静脉压迫综合征（PVES）。据已有文献报道，其病因可能与?N窝结构先天解剖异常、炎症粘连、外伤、瘢痕压迫等多种因素有关。主要表现为小腿浅静脉曲张、下肢酸重感、不同程度的下肢水肿。临床上一般通过彩色超声多普勒、数字减影血管成像（DSA）、计算机断层血管成像（CTA）、核磁共振血管成像（MRA）等辅助检查发现?N静脉异常狭窄，从而作出诊断。其治疗方式因病情程度而异，主要采用手术治疗，以解除?N静脉受压，恢复下肢静脉血流为治疗原则。目前对于?N静脉压迫及?N静脉压迫综合征尚无系统描述，本文旨在对现有关于?N静脉压迫及?N静脉压迫综合征的文献进行总结、归纳，为临床诊疗作参考。 　　【关键词】 ?N静脉受压； ?N静脉受压综合征 　　中图分类号 R654.4 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）12-0156-03 　　Research Progress of Popliteal Vein Entrapment and Popliteal Vein Entrapment Syndrome/PENG Yi，WANG Qi-qi，HU Wei，et al.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2016，14（12）：156-158 　　【Abstract】 Popliteal vein entrapment（PVE） is a common imageologic feature in the population，most of which have no obvious clinical manifestations. 　　A simple PVE will turn into popliteal vein entrapment syndrome（PVES） when the compression on the popliteal vein is aggravated.According to available literature，the etiology of PVES is associated with congenital anatomic anomalies，inflammation，trauma and cicatrization and so on.The clinical manifestations include varicose vein of the calf，feeling of heaviness，swelling of the lower limb.PVE is often detected by accessory examinations，such as colored Doppler ultrasound，digital substract angiography（DSA），computed tomographic angiography（CTA），magnet resonance angiography（MRA），and then the PVES is diagnosed.The treatment depends on the patient’s condition and the degree of the lesion.The primary treatment is surgery，the principle of which is to release the compressed popliteal vein and to restore blood flow.A systematic description of PVE and PVES remains blank and this article is aimed to summarize the articles and reports about PVE and PVES，serving as a clinical reference. 　　【Key words】 Popliteal vein entrapment； Popliteal vein entrapment syndrome 　　First-author’s address：Chengdu University of TCM，Chengdu 610075，China 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2016.12.085 　　?N动脉和?N静脉是?N窝处的两条重要血管。早在19世纪末，And
