CD133在子宫内膜癌患者中表达及患者侵袭转移高危因素研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨CD133在子宫内膜癌患者中的表达及患者侵袭转移高危因素。 方法 取2014年12月～2016年12月医院收治子宫内膜癌患者组织30例作为研究对象，设为观察组，取同期因异常子宫出血入院行宫腔镜检查的30例子宫内膜组织，设为对照组。采用免疫组织化学法测定两组组织CD133表达情况，分析CD133与子宫内膜癌侵袭转移的关系。 结果 免疫组化结果显示：在正常子宫内膜组织中CD133多数呈阴性表达，仅少数在包膜、胞质中存在轻微的阳性反应；子宫内膜癌组织中24例CD133呈阳性表达，阳性率为80.0%，细胞多呈强棕黄色包膜染色；子宫内膜癌组织CD133表达水平与年龄差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；子宫内膜癌组织CD133表达水平与肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、临床分期及肿瘤类型关系密切（P0.05）。 结论 CD133在子宫内膜癌患者中呈高表达，且与患者侵袭、转移关系密切，有助于预测肿瘤的生物行为，值得推广应用。 　　[关键词] CD133；子宫内膜癌；侵袭转移；高危因素；生物行为 　　[中图分类号] R737.77 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2017）13-178-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the expression of CD133 in patients with endometrial carcinoma and the risk factors of invasion and metastasis. Methods 30 cases of patients with endometrial carcinoma tissue cured in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2016 were selected as the observation group.During the same period，30 cases of endometrial carcinoma because of abnormal uterine bleeding were selected as control group.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of CD133 in 2 groups，and the relationship between CD133 and invasion and metastasis of endometrial carcinoma were analyzed. Results The results of immunohistochemistry showed that the expression of CD133 in normal endometrium in the most negative，only a few in the capsule，cytoplasm positive reaction was mild.24 cases of CD133 expression in endometrial carcinoma showed positive，the positive rate was 80%，the cells showed strong brown envelope staining.Endometrial carcinoma the CD133 levels and age had no significant difference（P0.05）.The CD133 expression in endometrial carcinoma was close to the level of tumor size， lymph node metastasis，clinical staging and tumor type （P0.05）. Conclusion CD133 is highly expressed in patients with endometrial cancer.It is closely related to the invasion and metastasis of patients，which is helpful to predict the biological behavior of tumor.It is worthy of popularization and application. 　　[Key words] CD133；Endometrial
