Survivin和MMP―11在宫颈鳞癌中表达及其相关性研究 　　[摘要] 目的 通?^检测生存素（Survivin）、基质金属蛋白酶-11（matrix metalloproteinases-11，MMP-11）在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达，探讨两者与宫颈鳞癌的临床病理特征关系及两者的相关性。 方法 采用免疫组化方法检测68例宫颈鳞癌组、27例宫颈上皮内瘤变（cervical intraepithelial neoplasia，CIN）组和16例正常宫颈组中Survivin、MMP-11的表达情况，分析各组宫颈组织中Survivin及MMP-11的阳性表达与临床病理之间的关系。 结果 Survivin及MMP-11在宫颈鳞癌组中的阳性表达率（80.88%，69.12%）高于正常宫颈组（6.25%，6.25%）和CIN组（37.04%，40.74%），三组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。Survivin及MMP-11的阳性表达与宫颈鳞癌的临床分期、组织病理学分期及是否有淋巴结转移有关（P0.05）。宫颈鳞癌组中Survivin与MMP-11的阳性表达呈正相关（r=0.609，P0.05）。 结论 Survivin及MMP-11在宫颈鳞癌组织中呈高表达，两者阳性表达在宫颈鳞癌的发生、发展过程中起重要作用；联合检测Survivin及MMP-11的表达可能对早期诊断宫颈鳞癌及对改善宫颈鳞癌的预后起到重要作用。 　　[关键词] 宫颈癌；宫颈上皮内瘤变；生存素；基质金属蛋白酶-11 　　[中图分类号] R737.33 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）27-0026-04 　　Expression of Survivin and MMP-11 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and correlation study 　　WANG Lianyun1 ZHANG Pu2 CHEN Wenbing1 XIONG Wendong1 HUAI Li1 GENG Xiaohong1 　　1.Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics，the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University，Wenzhou 325027，China；2.Department of Pathology，the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University，Wenzhou 325027，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the expression of Survivin and matrix metalloproteinase-11（MMP-11） in the tissues of cervical squamous cell carcinoma， to explore the relationship between the two and the clinicopathological features of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and the correlation between them.
