住院精神障碍患者合并躯体疾病的调查分析 　　[摘要]目的 了解住院精神障碍者合并躯体疾病的情况，为有效干预提供参考资料。方法 以整群抽样法于2016年2～4月在我院的18个科室中选择4个科室的住院患者作为研究对象，自制调查表，调查分析合并躯体疾病的情况。结果 入组患者共415例，合并躯体疾病者167例，发生率为40.24%。呼吸系统疾病发生率最高，为49例（29.34%）；其次是消化系统34例（20.36%），风湿及骨关节疾病24例（14.37%），心脑血管疾病20例（12.57%），血液系统17例（10.20%），皮肤病15例（8.98%）；泌尿系统最少，有8例（4.80%）。结论 住院精神病患者合并躯体疾病的发生率较高，与院前因素、药物使用、精神障碍自身的特殊性有关，需引起重视，加强监测并积极防治。 　　[关键词]住院精神病患者；合并躯体疾病；预防 　　[中图分类?] R749.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）09（b）-0151-03 　　Investigation and analysis of hospitalized psychiatric patients combined with physical diseases 　　PU Yi-feng LI Bin LI Lun YAN Yin-zhi 　　Mental Hospital，Bureau of Civil Affairs of Guangzhou Municipality，Guangdong Province，Guangzhou 510430，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the situation of hospitalized psychiatric patients with physical diseases in order to provide reference for effective intervention.Methods By cluster sampling，inpatients from 4 departments （18 in all） in our hospital from February to April in 2016 were selected as research objects.The questionnaire was self-made.The conditions of these participants combined with physical diseases were investigated and analyzed.Results There were 415 inpatients included in this investigation，and 167 cases with physical diseases for 40.24%.The incidence of respiratory disease was the highest in 49 cases （29.34%），followed by digestive system disease in 34 cases （20.36%），rheumatism and osteoarticular diseases in 24 cases （14.37%），cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in 20 cases （12.57%），blood system diseases in 17 cases （10.20%），skin diseases in 15 cases （8.98%），and urinary system diseases at least 8 cases （4.80%）.Conclusion The incidence of hospitalized psychiatric patients combined with physical illness is high，which is related to prehospital factors，drug use，and the specificity of mental disorders.It needs attention，strengthened monitoring，and active prevention. 　　[Key words]Hospitalized psychiatric patients；Combined with physical illness；Prevention
