M公司新员工入职培训效果评估研究 学 科： 研究生签字： 指导教师签字： 摘 要 随着企业对入职培训重视程度日益增加，构建一套全面的、系统的、实用的入职培训效果评估体系的需求越来越迫切。日前，我国企业缺乏一套系统的、适用的入职培训效果评估指标体系，导致入职培训效果评估工作很难开展以及评估结果不准确等突出问题。本文以此为切入点，选取新员工入职培训作为研究对象，试图建立一套实用的、可操作性强的新员工入职培训效果评估指标体系，以解决企业入职培训效果评估难、不准确、不科学等问题，进而为企业经营管理决策提供依据，提升企业入职培训的效果，改进企业经营绩效。 本研究采用定性与定量相结合的研究方法。首先，回顾并总结了培训效果评估的相关理论与模型，通过比较相关模型，初步总结了32个指标。其次，在初步筛选的32个指标的基础上，通过指标鉴别力分析与相关分析，剔除了3个离散系数较低的指标和7个对培训目标不显著的指标，最终形成了由22个指标构成的入职培训效果评估指标体系。通过因子分析，形成了6大类一级指标，为了增强指标体系的实用性和可操作性，通过对因子的特征值进行归一化处理，为各指标确定了相应的权重，从而构建出完整的指标体系。接着，为检验指标体系的实用性，挑选了一家企业的入职培训进行研究，分析该企业的入职培训效果。最后，回顾了本文的研究成果与不足，并根据其局限性提出了未来研究的方向。 关键词：新员工；入职培训；培训效果评估；综合评价 A Study on New Employee Induction Training Effect Evaluation In CM Company Discipline: Enterprise Management Student Signature: Supervisor Signature: Abstract With the increasing emphasis on new employee training, practically needs to build a comprehensive、systematic induction training effect evaluation system is more and more urgent.
