三种体温测量方法在急诊预检分诊中的应用分析 　　【摘要】 目的：比较三种不同体温测量方法，寻找适合于急诊预检分诊的快速和准确的电子体温计。方法：选择2014年11-12月到本院急诊科就诊的600例患者，于分诊时对各患者分别测量腋温、耳温和额温，并记录患者的一般资料。结果：三种体温测量方法中，腋温、耳温和额温的均值分别为（37.32±0.96）℃、（37.48±0.97）℃和（37.04±0.84）℃，三者间两两比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；腋温与耳温相比的差值为（-0.155±0.202）℃，95%一致性界限为（-0.551，0.241），在一致性界限内差值的绝对值最大为0.5 ℃；腋温与额温相比的差值为（0.284±0.448）℃，95%一致性界限为（-0.595，1.162），在一致性界限内差值的绝对值最大为1.1 ℃，耳温与额温相比的差值为（0.439±0.499）℃，95%一致性界限为（-0.539，1.417），在一致性界限内差值的绝对值最大为1.4 ℃。结论：耳温式电子体温计是可满足急诊预检分诊要求的快速、准确、安全的电子体温计。 　　【关键词】 体温； 测量方法； 急诊分诊 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the fastest and most accurate body temperature measurement method in the emergency room through comparing three different measurements.Method：Recruited 600 patients visited our emergency room during November to December in 2014.All the patients’ body temperature were measured the following three different methods：temperature of forehead， of inner ear， and of axillary.Other general demographic characteristics were also recorded.Result：The mean values of these three temperature measures were （37.32±0.96）℃ of axillary，（37.48±0.97）℃ of inner ear and （37.04±0.84）℃ of forehead，with significantly differences between each other （P0.05）.The difference value between axillary temperature and inner ear one was （-0.155±0.202）℃ with the 95% limits of agreement to be （-0.551，0.241） and the range in the limits to be 0.5 ℃. The difference value between axillary temperature and forehead ear one was （0.284±0.448）℃with the 95% limits of agreement to be （-0.595，1.162） and the range in the limits to be 1.1 ℃.The difference value between inner ear temperature and forehead one was （0.439±0.499） with the 95% limits of agreement to be （-0.539，1.417） and the range in the limits to be 1.4 ℃.Conclusion：It is the ear thermometer being satisfied with the need of fast，accurate，and safe for triage in the emergency room. 　　【Key words】 Body temperature； Thermometer； Emergency triage 　　First-author’s address：The Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical Univer
