不同药物治疗多囊卵巢综合征的疗效分析 　　【摘要】 目的：分析比较达英-35、妈富隆、地屈孕酮、黄体酮、二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法：将100例多囊卵巢综合征患者按照治疗方式不同分为达英-35组、妈富隆组、地屈孕酮组、黄体酮组、二甲双胍组各20例，在用药3个月后测定各组的血LH、睾酮水平并比较。结果：达英-35组、妈富隆组、地屈孕酮组、黄体酮组的血LH均明显下降（P0.05），且达英-35组、黄体酮组的效果明显优于妈富隆组、地屈孕酮组（P0.05）。达英-35组、妈富隆组、二甲双胍组的血睾酮水平均明显下降（P0.05），且达英-35组明显优于二甲双胍组，二甲双胍组明显优于妈富隆组（P0.05）。结论：达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征效果明显，药物的联合治疗效果更好。 　　【关键词】 多囊卵巢综合征； 达英-35； 妈富隆； 地屈孕酮； 黄体酮； 二甲双胍 　　Curative Effect Analysis of Different Drugs in the Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome/YANG Jun.//Medical Innovation of China，2014，11（16）：035-038 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze and compare the clinical efficacy of Diane-35，Marvelon，Dydrogesterone，Progesterone，Metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Method：According to the different ways of treatment，100 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were randomly divided into the Diane-35 group，the Marvelon group，the Dydrogesterone group，the Progesterone group，the Metformin group，20 cases in each group.Serum LH and serum testosterone of all the groups were measured and compared after 3 months of treatment.Result：After the treatment，serum LH of the Diane-35 group，the Marvelon group，the Dydrogesterone group，the Progesterone group were significantly decreased（P0.05），and the effects of the Diane-35 group，Progesterone group were significantly better than the Marvelon group and Dydrogesterone group（P0.05）.The level of serum testosterone of the Diane-35 group，the Marvelon group and the Metformin group were significantly decreased（P0.05），and the Diane-35 group was significantly better than the Metformin group，the Metformin group was significantly better than the Marvelon group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The Diane-35 treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS） patients with obvious effect，and drug combination maybe get better curative effect. 　　【Key words】 Polycystic ovary syndrome； Diane-35； Marvelon； Dydrogesterone； Progesterone； Metformin 　　First-author’s address： The Central Hospital of Shantou City，Shantou 515031，China 　　d
