不同药物治疗异位妊娠的对比分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探究异位妊娠患者采用甲氨蝶呤及中药与米非司酮治疗分别得到的治疗效果。 方法 整群选取2014年2月―2015年1月收治的77例异位妊娠患者进行治疗，实验组45例患者选择甲氨蝶呤以及中药的治疗，对照组32例患选择米非司酮的常规治疗，观察患者治疗后身体指证的变化，判断治疗效果。结果 实验组患者治愈率为95.56%，高于对照组的78.13%，且实验组患者血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素下降到正常值所用的时间明显短于对照组，实验组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 异位妊娠患者采用甲氨蝶呤以及相关中药的治疗，可提高治愈率，减少并发症的出现，与手术治疗的结果差别较小，缩短住院时间，减少治疗费用，可在临床中广泛应用。 　　[关键词] 异位妊娠；米非司酮；甲氨蝶呤 　　[中图分类号] R68 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）08（c）-0126-02 　　Comparative Analysis of Different Drug Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy 　　ZHANG Zhan-xin 　　Department of Gynaecology， Zhengzhou Peoples Hospital， Zhengzhou， Henan Province， 450000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of methotrexate and Chinese medicine and mifepristone in treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods A total of February 2014 and 2015 to January of 77 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients were treated， the experimental group 45 cases of patients with MTX and traditional Chinese medicine treatment， the control group of 32 patients with mifepristone conventional treatment， to observe the changes of body to testify in patients after treatment， judge the effect of treatment. Results The cure rate was 95.56%， which is higher than the control group 78.13% of the patients in the experimental group and experimental group patients serum human chorionic promoting gonad hormone decreased to normal values with time was significantly shorter than that of the control group， the incidence of adverse reaction in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group， significant difference， have statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion Patients with ectopic pregnancy with methotrexate and traditional Chinese medicine treatment can improve the cure rate and reduce the complications， and surgical treatment results have little difference， shorten the hospitalization time， reduce the cost of treatment， can be widely used in clinic. 　　[Key words] Ectopic pregnancy； Mifepristone； Methotrexate 　　异位妊娠
