万托林联合普米克对哮喘急性发作患儿的疗效及NO指标的影响分析 　　【摘要】 目的：研究分析万托林联合普米克对哮喘急性发作患儿的疗效及NO指标的影响。方法：选取2016年7月-2017年1月入院治疗的哮喘急性发作患儿116例，以随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组，每组各58例。对照组患儿按常规吸氧和止咳祛痰等进行治疗，观察组患儿在对照组基础上使用万托林联合普米克吸入疗法，治疗1周后，对比两组患儿的疗效和NO指标。结果：治疗后观察组显效31例优于对照组17例，观察组总有效率93.10%显著高于对照组72.41%，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗后，两组患儿的FeNO指标较治疗前均有较大幅度降低，观察组FeNO指标明显低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：万托林联合普米克对哮喘急性发作患儿的疗效显著，NO指标下降明显，使患儿的哮喘症状得到较大缓解，减轻了患儿的痛苦，临床效果令人满意，可以大力推广。 　　【关键词】 万托林； 普米克； 哮喘； NO指标 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the efficacy and NO index of Ventolin combined with Pulmicort in children with acute asthma.Method：116 children with acute asthma were selected from July 2016 to January 2017，they were randomly divided into observation group and control group，58 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional oxygen inhalation and cough expectorant，the observation group based on the control group received the Ventolin combined with Pulmicort inhalation therapy，after one week of treatment，the curative effect and NO index of the two groups were compared.Result：After treatment，the observation group was markedly effective in 31 cases，more than 17 cases in the control group，the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.10% significantly higher than that of the control group 72.41%，the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.After treatment，the FeNO index of two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment，the FeNO index of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect of ventolin combined with Pulmicort in children with acute asthma significantly，NO index decreased significantly，so that children with asthma symptoms greatly eased，relieve the pain of the patients，the clinical effect is satisfactory and can be popularized. 　　【Key words】 Ventolin； Pulmicort； Asthma； NO index 　　First-author’s address：Guangzhou Panyu District Hexian Memorial Hospital，Guangzho
