不同方法治疗急性上消化道出血的临床效果比较 　　[摘要] 目的 比较不同方法治疗急性上消化道出血的临床效果。 方法 选取本院2013年2月～2014年10月收治的60例急性上消化道出血患者作为研究对象。随机分为观察组和对照组，各30例。观察组采用急诊胃镜及胃镜下治疗，对照组采用口服止血药物进行治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。 结果 观察组的痊愈率为60.00%，显著高于对照组的33.33%，差异有统计学意义（P400 ml者所占比例显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 急诊胃镜及胃镜下治疗急性上消化道出血效果显著，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 急诊胃镜；急性上消化道出血；价值分析 　　[中图分类号] R573.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）09（b）-0034-03 　　Clinical effect comparison of different methods in the treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding 　　FAN Xiao-yong 　　Endoscope Room，the First People′s Hospital of Fuzhou City in Jiangxi Province，Fuzhou 344000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To compare the clinical effect of different methods in the treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods 60 patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding from February 2013 to October 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，30 cases in each group.The observation group was given emergency endoscopy and endoscopic treatment，the control group was given hemostatic drug by oral administration.The therapeutic effect in two groups was compared. Results The cure rate in the observation group was 60%，which was higher than 33.33% in the control group，with significant difference （P0.05）.The proportion of non blood transfusion in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，with significant difference （P0.05）.The proportion of blood transfusion being more than 400 ml in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，with significant difference （P0.05）.
