不同地区医务人员对大输液玻璃瓶环保性的评价 　　[摘要] 目的 评价基本药物大输液玻璃瓶包装在医务人员的接触、使用过程中的环保性。 方法 采用多阶段整群抽样，选取全国北京、天津、东部、中部和西部地区的医务人员，进行大输液适宜包装的调查研究。 结果 对不同级别医务人员对玻璃瓶输液包装在环保性上的满意程度调查显示：二级医院医务人员认为比较满意，高于一级医院，三级医院医务人员对玻璃瓶输液包装在环保性上认为不太满意所占比例较大。 结论 玻璃瓶输液生产者部分仪器老化，生产设备落后，产品清洗困难常重复使用，不易处理等问题。应进一步推广新型可降解高分子材料作为玻璃瓶包装的替代品。 　　[关键词] 医务人员；大输液；环保性 　　[中图分类号] TQ 460.6#8195;#8195;#8195;[文献标识码] B#8195;#8195;#8195;[文章编号] 2095-0616（2014）11-56-03 　　 　　Evaluation on infusion glass bottles environmental protection staff in different areas 　　MA#8195;Jingjing1#8195;#8195;GAO#8195;Xue2#8195;#8195;ZHANG#8195;Hongwei2 　　1.Tianjin Medical College,Tianjin 300222,China;2.Procurement Center of Tianjin Medical,Tianjin 300161,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To environmental protection evaluation of the contact, basic drug infusion glass bottle packaging in the medical personnel in the process of using. Methods Using multistage cluster sampling, selected Beijing,Tianjin,Eastern,central and western regions of the medical staff,research packaging suitable for large infusion. Results On different levels of medical staff satisfaction with the glass bottle packaging in environmental protection on the survey shows: the medical staff of two hospitals that satisfied, higher than the level of hospital,medical staff in three hospitals are not satisfied with the glass bottle packaging in the environment that the larger proportion.
