不同年代剖宫产手术指征变迁的因数分析 　　摘要：目的 分别随机抽取了两个不同的年代的3年在乐山市妇幼保健院分娩病例，分析其剖宫产率及剖宫产指征的随着时代变迁而产生的变化，提出在新时代下降低剖宫产率的措施。 方法 分别选择了两个不同的年代（1998~2000年）及（2011~2013年）在乐山市妇幼保健院产科住院足月分娩的病例分为A组和B组，将两组病例进行回顾性分析，研究其剖宫产率及其手术指征的构成比。 结果 在不同年代剖宫产手术指征随着时代变迁产生不同的变化，在新时代下剖宫产率明显升高， 剖宫产率升高主要原因为无医学指征的社会因素增加。其次以前置胎盘、瘢痕子宫，珍贵儿为指征剖宫产也呈现增加趋势。而妊娠并发症，合并症，胎儿宫内窘迫、巨大儿为指征的剖宫产则呈现下降的趋势，新生儿死亡率未随剖宫产增加而增加。结论目前在新年代下，为保障广大孕产妇的身心健康，应通过加强健康教育宣传、提高助产技术、改善分娩环境条件等方法降低剖宫产，重点在降低因社会因素为指征的剖宫产。 　　关键词：不同年代；剖宫产率；手术指征；相关因素 　　Factor Analysis of Different Indications for Cesarean Sections Changes 　　WEI Qiong,LI Li 　　(The Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Leshan City, Leshan 614000,Sichuan,China) 　　Abstract：ObjectiveRandomly selected two different birth years 3 years of cases in Leshan City, MCH , analyze their cesarean section rate and change with the changing times and produced cesarean section , put forward in a new era measures to reduce the rate of cesarean section. ResultsThe increase in cesarean indications at different times with changing times produce different changes in the new era of cesarean section rate increased significantly , mainly due to the increased rate of cesarean section without medical indications of social factors. Second to placenta previa, uterine scar , precious child is also showing an increasing trend indications of cesarean section .
