不同心肺复苏程序对院前急救心脏骤停的影响观察 　　摘 要：目的 探讨不同心肺复苏程序对院前急救心脏骤停的影响。方法 选取我院2015年2月～2016年12月收治的院前心脏骤停患者94例作为研究对象，按照单双号法分为对照组和观察组，各47例，对照组应用气管插管法复苏，观察组应用气囊面罩通气法复苏，对比两组复苏效果与复苏时间。结果 观察组复苏成功率高于对照组，其通气建立时间、自主心跳时间均明显短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）;观察组死亡率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 气囊面罩通气法复苏效果优于气管插管法复苏，可促使患者心跳快速恢复，值得在临床中优先推广和使用。 　　关键词：院前急救;不同心肺复苏;心脏骤停 　　中图分类号：R459.7 文献标识码：A DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1006-1959.2018.05.036 　　文章编号：1006-1959（2018）05-0108-02 　　Effect of Different Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Procedures on Cardiac Arrest in Pre-hospital Emergency 　　SHAO Yong-de 　　（Department of Emergency，Third Peoples Hospital，Dalian116103，Liaoning，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of different cardiopulmonary resuscitation（CPR）procedures on cardiac arrest in pre-hospital emergency.Methods 94 patients with pre-hospital cardiac arrest were selected from February 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital.According to single and even number method，they were divided into control group and observation group，47 cases in each group，respectively.The control group was resuscitated by tracheal intubation，and the observation group was resuscitated by balloon mask ventilation.The effect and time of resuscitation were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of resuscitation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，the time of establishing ventilation and the time of spontaneous heartbeat in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group，the difference is statistically significant（P lt;0.05）.The mortality in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，the difference is statistically significant（Plt; 0.05）.Conclusion The effect of balloon mask ventilation is better than that of tracheal intubation，which can promote the rapid recovery of heart rate in patients，and it is worth popularizing and using in clinic. 　　Key words：Pre-hospital
