不同施氮量对红菜薹产量和品质的影响   摘要:在露地栽培条件下,设置5个施氮水平,进行不同施氮量对红菜薹产量、品质及试验后耕层土壤无机氮残留量影响的研究。结果表明,施氮明显促进了红菜薹中后期叶片数和抽薹数及前期单薹重的增加。施氮量与产量符合一元二次方程y=-0.015 4x2+14.380x+12 181(R2=0.929),当施氮量为467 kg/hm2时,产量最高为16 538 kg/hm2。主薹的硝酸盐、可溶性蛋白及可溶性糖含量高于侧薹,但维生素C含量低于侧薹。随着施氮量的增加硝酸盐含量增加,维生素C和可溶性糖含量降低,而可溶性蛋白质的含量先增加后略降低。试验后耕层土壤无机氮含量的增量与施氮量符合方程y=0.001 9x-0.316 0(R2=0.962)。   关键词:红菜薹;施氮量;产量;硝酸盐;维生素;土壤无机氮   中图分类号:S147.5 文献标识码:A 文章编号:0439-8114(2015)13-3240-04   DOI:10.14088/j.cnki.issn0439-8114.2015.13.044   Effect of Different Nitrogen Supply on Yield and Quality of Purple Flowering Stalk   WANG Su-ping1,HONG Juan1,2,HUANG Xiang1,DU Lei1,GE Mi-hong1,ZHANG Li-hong1,   LIAN Zhi-cheng1,YE Li-xia1,2,CHEN Gang1   (1. College of Resources and Environment, Huazhong Agricultural University, Wuhan 430070, China)   Abstract: A field trials were conducted to study the effects of different nitrogen levels on yield, quality of purple flowering stalk and soil inorganic nitrogen content under open-field condition in Wuhan.The result showed that nitrogen supply obviously increased the leaf number and stalk number single at the earlier stage and the stalk weight in the late stage.The yield and nitrogen rate accorded with the second-order equation y=-0.015 4x2+14.380x+12 181(R2=0.929).The highest yield was 15 538 kg/hm2 when applying pure nitrogen 467 kg/hm2.The content of nitrate, soluble protein and soluble sugar in main branch was higher than that in secondary branch, but the content of VC in main branch was lower than that in secondary branch. The nitrate content increased,while VC and soluble sugar content decreased. And soluble protein content first increased, then decreased with the increase of amount of nitrogen applied. The relationship between increment of inorganic nitrogen content after experiment and amount of nitrogen applied was in accord with the equation y=0.001 9x-0.316 0 (R2=0.962).
