中医护理干预在糖尿病患者临床治疗中的应用效果 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨中医护理干预在糖尿病患者临床治疗中的应用效果。 方法 将本院2008年6月～2010年6月收治的糖尿病患者随机抽取220例作为研究对象，进行回顾性分析。对照组患者110例，为门诊所收治的患者，仅给予常规降糖药物治疗；观察组患者110例，为本院住院患者，在对其进行常规降糖药物治疗的基础上，给予中医护理干预。比较两组患者护理前后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、生活质量。 结果 观察组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组的生活质量评分明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 对糖尿病患者采取常规治疗的同时，给予中医护理干预能有效提高患者的生活质量及相关治疗效果，对患者血糖控制较为明显，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 糖尿病；中医护理；干预 　　[中图分类号] R248.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）01（b）-0185-03 　　Application effect of Traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in the clinical treatment of patients with diabetes 　　ZHAO Shi-man1 HUANG Yi-jun1 ZHOU Qing-yun1 ZHAO Cui2▲ 　　1.Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine，Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical College，Zhanjiang 524001，China；2.Cancer Center，Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical College，Zhanjiang 524001，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in the clinical treatment of patients with diabetes.
