中成药的合理应用与规范管理要求研究 　　【摘要】目的：探究我国临床医疗服务中相关中成药的合理应用与规范管理要求。方法：针对我院2015年1月至2017年12月两年内临床中成药使用情况与药物使用存在的不合现象等问题进行统计分析，并将统计结果联合临床中成药合理应用与规范管理的标准进行分析总结。结果：根据本文研究结果显示，我院存在的不合理中成药应用情况主要是受到以下几方面的影响，一是存在部分中成药用药说明书内容不充足且其相应印刷不清晰，如针对该药物使用的安全性、针对该中成药使用应避免的特殊人群等说明存在明显的缺陷。结论：随着我国就医数量逐年增加的趋势下，对就诊患者开具中成药处方的数量也在逐年增加，但是由于存在部分药品的临床药品说明书等使用标准存在相对比较明显的问题。因此，为了合理规范中成药的使用，对中成药的临床开发源头以及相应的国家医疗政策等方面进行监管，进而有效改善当下医疗市场的混乱局面，完善临床中成药的合理应用与规范管理要求。 　　【关键词】中成药；合理应用；规范管理；使用现状；市场 　　Abstract Objective： To explore the reasonable application and standardized management requirements of Chinese patent medicine in clinical medical services in China. Methods ： according to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 two years of clinical Chinese patent medicine use and drug use problems such as non - conformity， and statistical results combined with clinical Chinese patent medicine reasonable application and standardized management standards were analyzed and summarized. Results： according to the results of this study， the irrational use of Chinese patent medicine in our hospital is mainly affected by the following aspects： first， there are some Chinese patent medicine instructions content is not enough and the corresponding printing is not clear， such as for the safety of the use of the drug， for the use of Chinese patent medicine should avoid the special population， there are obvious defects.
