丙泊酚复合芬太尼在老年三叉神经痛治疗中的麻醉效果探讨 　　[摘要]目的 观察芬太尼复合丙泊酚在老年三叉神经痛治疗中的麻醉效果及安全性。方法 选择该院2011年5月―2014年5月期间所收治100例三叉神经痛患者，随机分为两组，均行三叉神经节射频热凝术，观察组采用丙泊酚复合芬太尼进行麻醉，对照组采用丙泊酚麻醉，观察记录两组麻醉前、诱导后、热凝时、苏醒时MAP、HR数值、丙泊酚用量、苏醒所用时间及术中体动、呼吸抑制、心动过缓发生率。结果 观察组丙泊酚用量显著低于对照组（P0.05）；观察组体动、呼吸抑制、心动过缓发生率显著低于对照组（P0.05），比较有统计学意义。结论 丙泊酚复合芬太尼应用于老年三叉神经痛治疗中的麻醉效果满意，对患者心血管及呼吸影响轻，安全可靠，值得推广应用。 　　[关键词]丙泊酚；芬太尼；心血管；呼吸 　　[中图分类号]R59 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1674-0742（2015）04（b）-0116-02 　　To Investigate the Anesthesia Effectiveness of Propofol Combined With Fentanyl in Treatment of Elderly Trigeminal Neuralgia 　　LI Shumin1，DONG Tieli2 　　1.Department of Pain， Zhengzhou people’s Hospital， Henan Province 450003 China 　　2.Anesthesiology department， The Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University， Henan Province 450014 China 　　[Abstract]Objective To observe the anesthesia effectiveness and safety of popofol combined with fentanyl in treatment of elderly trigeminal neuralgia. Methods 100 cases of trigeminal neuralgia patients in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2014， undergoing trigeminal ganglion radiofrequency thermocoagulation， were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group adopted the propofol combined with fentanyl anesthesia， and the control group took the propofol anesthesia. Observed and recorded the two groups’ MAP， HR values， propofol dosage， the time spent awake and intraoperative body movement， respiratory depression， bradycardia incidence of before anesthesia， after induction， hot condensate， when awake. Results Dose of propofol observation group was significantly lower than the control group， so comparison has statistical significance （P0.05）.The observation group’s body movement， respiratory depression and bradycardia incidence are significantly lower than that of control group， then comparison has statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion Propofol combined with fentanyl anesthesia using in treatment of trigeminal neuralgia in elderly is satisfactory， and it has little effect on patients’ cardi
