两种不同护理治疗方法在家庭慢性伤口患者中应用的效果分析 　　【摘 要】 目的：探讨两种不同护理治疗方法在家庭慢性伤口患者中的应用效果。方法：选择在我院接受伤口治疗且未痊愈出院的46例慢性伤口患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字抽取表法将患者分为两组，其中23例患者出院后门诊随访由医生换药护理，为对照组，另外23例患者出院后到门诊伤口治疗中心由伤口专科护士换药护理，为观察组。随访治疗护理两个月后，比较两组患者的换药次数、费用支出和疗效。结果：观察组患者治疗痊愈率为82.60%，恢复有效率为100.00%；对照组患者治疗痊愈率为39.13%，恢复有效率为82.60%。两组患者数据比较差异均具有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患者换药次数为（17.56±1.22）次，费用支出为（1025.69±68.93）元，对照组换药次数为（32.62±4.39）次，费用支出为（1673.58±114.93）元。两组患者数据比较差异均具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：伤口专科护士进行治疗和护理的疗效更加显著，能够有效促进患者的康复，提高患者的生活质量，值得推广应用。 　　【关键词】 改良封闭式负压引流 慢性伤口 康复指导 　　【Abstract】 objective： to explore the diagnosis and treatment of two different nursing methods in the domestic application effect in patients with chronic wounds. Methods： choose the wounds treated in our hospital and not discharge of 46 patients with chronic wounds heal as the research object， two groups of patients were improved closed negative pressure drainage treatment， in 23 patients rehabilitation guidance through the hospital nurse， the other 23 patients by nurses of family rehabilitation exercise training in patients with， treatment and nursing by their families. Follow-up care after two months， two groups of patients with wound recovery and quality of life. Results： the observation group patients recovery rate was 82.60%， effective rate was 100.00%； Control group patients recovery rate was 39.13%， effective rate of 82.60%. Two groups of patient data comparative differences are statistically significant （P 0.05）； Observation group of patients life quality significantly better than control group， data comparison differences were statistically significant （P 0.05）.
