中药穴位贴敷联合雾化治疗毛细支气管炎患儿的临床应用及研究 　　[摘要] 目的 ?C合分析穴位贴敷联合雾化在毛细支气管炎患儿中的应用及对机体免疫蛋白的影响。 方法 选取2014年8月～2016年11月在我院收治的122例毛细支气管炎患儿临床资料作为研究对象，按照入院顺序随机分为实验组与对照组，每组均为61例。对照组在常规治疗基础上加入布地奈德雾化吸入治疗方法，实验组在常规治疗基础上应用中药穴位贴敷联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗方法。分析两组患儿的临床治疗总有效率、咳嗽消失时间、喘憋消失时间、呼吸困难消失时间、肺部体征消失时间、平均住院时间及治疗前后两组患儿的机体免疫蛋白水平等参数指标。 结果 ①实验组患儿临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组（P0.05）；治疗后，实验组患儿机体免疫蛋白显著高于对照组（P0.05）；IgE水平显著低于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 中药穴位贴敷联合雾化治疗在毛细支气管炎患儿中的应用价值比较高。 　　[关键词] 穴位贴敷；雾化；毛细支气管炎患儿；应用价值；机体免疫蛋白 　　[中图分类号] R725.6 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）11-0100-04 　　Clinical application and study of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with atomization in the treatment of pediatric capillary bronchitis 　　WANG Xinli FU Hengdong JIN Zhenzhen 　　Department of Pediatrics Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital of Zhuji in Zhejiang Province， Zhuji 311800， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To comprehensively analyze the application of acupoint application combined with atomization in the pediatric bronchiolitis and its effect on immune protein.
