8.5.3 預防措施 ●組織應決定預防措施,以消除潛在不符合的原因 以避免其發生. ●預防措施對潛在問題的影響是適切的. ●預防措施的書面程序應界定/建立下列各項要求: a)決定潛在不符合事項及其原因; b)評估預防不符合事項發生之措施的需求; c)決定及實施所需的措施; d)所採取措施之結果的記錄(見4.2.4) e)審查所採取的預防措施.
