乳腺微创旋切系统应用于乳腺纤维瘤切除术的效果观察 　　【摘要】目的:观察乳腺微创旋切系统应用于乳腺纤维瘤切除术的临床效果。方法:选择我院2010-2012年期间符合纳入标准的乳腺纤维瘤切除术300例，分观察组和对照组，对照组传统手术方式切开皮肤、皮下组织、腺体，切除纤维瘤，观察组采用乳腺微创旋切系统在超声引导定位下使用空心针微创活检术摘除纤维瘤，对比观察分析两组病人术中精确定位率、创口长度、术中出血量、手术时间、瘢痕、美容效果、切口愈合情况等多项指标。结果:（1）两组病人的术前、术中、术后的血压、心率、呼吸均无明显差异，切口甲级愈合率均达到100%。（2）观察组在术中病灶的精确定位率高出14%，平均每台术中出血量减少约14ml、创口长度约短36mm、手术时间节约10min，3月后门诊随访，对照组术后瘢痕长宽均值与切口长度相当，观察组部分病人切口瘢痕不明显、部分病人与切口长度相当，总体美观性较佳。结论:乳腺微创旋切系统术中定位精确、出血量少、手术时间短、切口微小，美容效果好。 　　【关键词】微创旋切系统;乳腺;纤维瘤 　　【Abstract】【Obiective】:To observe the minimally invasive breast rotary cutting system is applied to the clinical effect of mammary gland fibroma resection.【Method】:Choose our hospital during 2010-2012 into standard resection,300 cases of mammary gland fibroma,observation group and control group,control group of traditional way to cut the skin,subcutaneous tissue,gland surgery,remove fibroids,observation group using minimally invasive breast rotary system in positioning using hollow needle under minimally invasive biopsy guided by ultrasound to excise fibroma,contrast analysis precise locating rate of two groups of patients,wound length,intraoperative blood loss,operative time,scarring,cosmetic effect and incision healing of many index.【Result】:(1)two groups of patients with preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative blood pressure,heart rate,breathing had no obvious difference,the grade a healing of incision rate achieves 100%.(2)the observation group in the precise positioning of intraoperative lesions rate was 14%,the average bleeding amount of each to reduce the length of about 14 ml,wound,operation time saving 10 min short 36 mm,outpatient follow-up of 3 months,the control group the mean postoperative scar width and length of incision,observation group of patients with incision scar is not obvious,parts of patients with incision length,overall aesthetics.【Conclusion】:Minimally invasive breast intraoperative localization precision lathe cutting system,less blood loss,shorter operation time,small inc
