内容摘要 随着我国改革开放的不断深入，物流的重要性日趋突出，已成为我国经济中的重要分支和著名的第三利润源。而物流业务中对货物快速运抵及门到门的要求也越来越高，根据国外物流发展经验，结合我国自身的国情，我国的快递业由此产生。快递业的发展对我国的国民经济增长及物流业发展起到极大的推动作用，提高了就业水平，并且分流了邮政业务的部分压力，促进了市场的竞争，而其自身也得到了空前的大繁荣，但是，快递业自身也存在着诸如人员素质，货损货差，运转效率不高等许许多多的问题。本文通过分析研究我国快递行业明星企业——顺丰速运（集团）有限公司的快递业务来阐述我国快递业的发展繁荣的现状，揭示快递业发展中所存在的一些问题，并尝试根据所学的物流知识提出解决方案。 关键词 快递业发展 业务流程 存在的问题 对策 Abstract Along with the deepening of reform and opening up, the importance of logistics is increasingly outstanding, already became our country economy important branch and the famous source of the third profit.
