二甲双胍对代谢综合征患者胰岛素敏感性的影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨二甲双胍对代谢综合征患者胰岛素敏感性的影响。 方法 选择我院2014年1月～2015年1月收治的代谢综合征患者100例， 按照治疗方法的不同将100例代谢综合征患者分成对照组和治疗组，每组各50例。两组患者均接受限制热卡、平衡膳食、低脂低盐、多吃蔬菜、戒烟限酒、参加适度的有氧运动等常规治疗，治疗组在此基础上加服二甲双胍，连续用药6个月；比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效，并对两组患者治疗前后血糖及胰岛素、ISI进行比较，同时对两组患者治疗前后TC、TG、LDL-C及HDL-C 水平进行比较。 结果 治疗组患者治疗后的总有效率94.0%，显著高于对照组患者治疗后的总有效率78.0%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），治疗组与对照组的FPG、2 hPG、Fins分别较治疗前显著降低，且治疗组的FPG、2 hPG、Fins及ISI水平显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗组与对照组的TC、TG、LDL-C及HDL-C水平分别较治疗前明显改善，且治疗组的TC、TG、LDL-C及HDL-C水平较对照组变化更显著，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 二甲双胍用于代谢综合征患者疗效确切，可以降低血脂水平，增加胰岛素敏感性，值得临床推广和应用。 　　[关键词] 代谢综合征；二甲双胍；胰岛素敏感性；ISI 　　[中图分类号] R589.1；R587.1 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2016）16-0084-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the effects of metformin on insulin sensitivity in patients with metabolic syndrome and to provide a reference for the development of individualized treatment programs for patients with metabolic syndrome.
