二级医院护士心理健康状况的调查分析及干预对策 　　[摘要] 目的:了解二级医院护士心理健康状况与相关社会心理因素,探讨提高护士心理健康水平及管理干预措施。方法:选择我市二所二级医院抽样调查在岗护士180名,采用90项症状自评表(SCL-90)进行测评。结果:SCL-90总分及躯体化、强迫、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、精神病性分与常模比较,各量表平均得分明显高于常模(P0.01,P0.05),而忧郁及偏执与常模比较无差异,人际敏感分显著低于常模(P0.01)。结论:研究对象群体精神卫生状况低下,与其职业应激密切相关。管理者应在引导护士正确认识和舒缓职业应激的同时,考虑二级医院护理工作特点和相应的对策,改善护士的心身健康,提高护理服务质量。 　　[关键词] 二级医院;护士;心理应激;健康维护 　　[中图分类号]R47 [文献标识码] C[文章编号] 1673-7210(2009)07(c)-138-02 　　 　　Analysis and intervention strategy on the mental health of nurses in the Second-class Hospital 　　WANG Huiying1,WU Ying2,XU Yuna1,LIN Jialing1,DU Jinghuan1,HUANG Linong1 　　(1.Chenghai Peoples Hospital of Shantou City, Shantou 515800,China; 2.Jinping Peoples Hospital of Shantou City, Shantou 515000, China) 　　[Abstract] Objective: To learn about the mental health and related social-psychological factors of nurses in the Second-class Hospital, and discuss the ways of improving the level of nurses mental health and management interventions. Methods: We surveyed 180 nurses at post from the two Second-class Hospitals and used the SCL-90 table (SCL-90) for evaluation. Results: Compared with norm scores (P0.01,P0.05),SCL-90 total score and the scores of somatization, compulsion, anxiety, hostility, terror, psychotic of the nurses were significantly higher, while the score of depression and paranoia were the same as norm, but the score of interpersonal sensitivity were significantly lower than the norm (P0.01).Conclusion: The mental health status of the nurses surveyed is low, which is related to occupational stress.
