介入手术治疗心血管疾病后迷走神经异常反射的因素分析 　　[摘要] 目的 研究分析介入手术治疗心血管疾病后迷走神经异常反射的因素。方法 回顾性分析2009年1月―2013年1月于该院接受介入手术治疗的109例心血管疾病患者，其中42例发生迷走神经异常反射。对109例患者的临床资料进行单因素分析和多元Logistic回归分析，研究迷走神经异常反射的相关因素。结果 对患者的性别、年龄、精神状态、术前禁食时间、穿刺途径及拔管时间等因素进行单因素分析，结果显示患者的精神状态、术前禁食时间、穿刺途径及拔管时间均是迷走神经异常反射的相关因素（P0.05）；对患者的精神状态、术前禁食时间、穿刺途径及拔管时间进行多元Logistic回归分析，P0.05。结论 介入手术治疗心血管疾病后迷走神经异常反射的相关性因素包括患者的精神状态、术前禁食时间、穿刺途径及拔管时间。 　　[关键词] 介入手术；心血管疾病；迷走神经；因素分析 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）11（c）-0081-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the factors of abnormal vagal reflex after interventional operation treatment for cardiovascular diseases. Methods 109 patients with cardiovascular diseases who underwent interventional operation in our hospital from January 2009 and January 2013 were retrospectively analyzed， and abnormal vagal reflex appeared in 42 of them. Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were done on the clinical data of all the 109 patients to analyze the related factors of abnormal vagal reflex. Results Univariate analysis on patients gender， age， mental state， preoperative fasting time， puncturing approach and extubation time and other factors was done， and the result showed related factors of abnormal vagal reflex included patients mental state， preoperative fasting time， puncturing approach and extubation time（P0.05）； Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was done on patients mental state， preoperative fasting time， puncturing approach and extubation time， and the result showed that patients mental state， preoperative fasting time， puncturing approach and extubation time were the related factors of abnormal vagal reflex， all P0.05.
