介入治疗在中期妊娠胎盘异常导致出血中的应用价值体会 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨针对中期妊娠胎盘异常导致出血患者，观察选择介入治疗的方法进行干预后获得的临床效果。方法：选择2012年10月-2015年9笔者所在医院中期妊娠胎盘异常导致出血患者90例，通过抽签法完成所有中期妊娠胎盘异常导致出血患者的随机分组，分别为B1组（观察组45例）和B2组（对照组45例）。B1组临床选择介入治疗的方法，B2组临床选择非介入治疗的方法，比较两组患者止血效果、手术时间等方面的差异。结果：所有中期妊娠胎盘异常导致出血患者完成临床治疗后，在止血效果和出院时间两方面，B1组与B2组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；剖宫取胎和子宫切除两方面，B1组与B2组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：针对中期妊娠胎盘异常导致出血患者，临床选择介入治疗的方法，能够获得显著疗效，将患者出现不良反应的概率有效降低，将患者的生育功能有效保留，针对引产发挥显著的促进作用。 　　【关键词】 介入治疗； 中期妊娠胎盘异常导致出血； 临床疗效 　　中图分类号 R714 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）34-0038-02 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study on mid gestation placenta in patients with abnormal bleeding，observing to choose the methods of interventional treatment for clinical effect after intervention.Method：From October 2012 to Sep 2012 in author’s hospital mid-term gestation placenta abnormal bleeding，90 cases of patients，through the draw method to complete all mid-term gestation placenta of patients with abnormal bleeding was a randomized，respectively B1 group（the observation group，n=45） and B2 group（the control group，n=45）.B1 group clinical choose the methods of interventional treatment，B2 group clinical selection of interventional treatment method，comparing two groups of patients with hemostatic effect，the differences in operation time，etc.Result：All the mid-term gestation placenta after finishing clinical treatment，the patients with abnormal bleeding in the two aspects of hemostatic effects and discharge time， comparing with B2 group of patients，B1 group of patients with placenta abnormality showed significant difference（P0.05）.In cutting palace extraction and hysterectomy two aspects，comparing with B2 group of patients，B1 group the abnormal patients showed significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：In the middle of a pregnancy placenta in patients with abnormal bleeding，clinical choose the methods of interventional treatment，can get remarkable curative effect，the probability of adverse reactions to patients，effectively reduce the keep the reproductive function in
